Clara Kamau is a research assistant for the Energy for Growth Hub. She is also a manager at EED Advisory in Nairobi where she supports research efforts on energy access and clean energy in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her current work focuses on assisting both public and private sector clients in developing and reviewing programs and policies geared towards increased energy access in development contexts. She has worked on a range of assignments covering Power Systems and Distributed Renewables. Clara holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
